Taking high-power frequency conversion motor as main motor to satisfy strong turning and adjustive speed in wide range. *The frequency conversion motor transmits movement to spindle through multi- change belt. *The spindle turns stably and can reach higher rotary speed.Workpiece clamping selects hydraulic chuck and turnround oil cylinder,it makes clamping more easy and rapid with simple operation and higher precise . *Spindle bearing structure is adopted with 3-front-2 rear total five angles contacting bearing,which satisfies the restrict requirements of both high speed and rigidity. *Lathe body guide ways are adopted 45°with widened rectangle guide way with high rigidity,easy delivery of scraps,and convenient operation . *The ballscrew of X,Z direction are placed in the middle of drag boards,making drag board bear force equally and run stably.6 or 8 tool position electric turret or hydraulic turret are available.Change the tools quickly and stably with high precision of re- cutting. *Hydraulic tailstock makes operation more convenient ;entirely close protection secures it from oil and water leakage and offering enviroment protection and beautiful industrial design.
